Sparky output format

 
  Important Note:

Sparky output format is supported by PINE only if the input files are in the Sparky format. These output files can be uploaded directly in Sparky software for further analysis of connectivity and refinement of the assignments. Although PINE provides this format output we strongly recommend that you consider the probabilities and other choices for the assignment in the Native probabilistic backbone assignment output format.
