Sparky peak list format

  
  Important Notes:
  • Please do not include any assignment in the first column. The first column should exclusively be ?-?-? for a 3D experiment and ?-? for a 2D experiment).
  • The intensity (peak height or volume) information, if provided, should be  in the fifth column for a 3D experiment and fourth column for a 2D experiment. The volume (or intensity) information is not necessary but it is extremely recommended especially for HNCACB experiment.
  • After you uploaded your job in Sparky format , PINE will return your result in Sparky format as well as other standard output format explained in output instruction. The Sparky format output consists of assignment of individual peaks. These files can be directly uploaded in Sparky software for connectivity tracing and possible refinement of assignment.
