Xeasy output format

 
  Important Note:

Xeasy output format is supported by PINE only if the empty prot file (sample here) has been uploaded by the user in the provided field. An example output format with atom numbers filled in according to the "prot" file is shown below. Although PINE provides this format output we strongly recommend that you consider the probabilities and other choices for the assignment in the Native probabilistic backbone assignment output format. The assignment in the xeasy format is merely the maximum probability assignment.
