  • Please do not include any assignment in the first column (The first column should be ?-?).
  • After you uploaded your job in Sparky format , PINE will return your result in Sparky format as well as other standard output format explained in output instruction. The Sparky format output consists of assignment of individual peaks. These files can be directly uploaded in Sparky software for further analysis.
