User 3D-NOESY Assignments

PACSY-ALIGN assigns user 3D-NOESY peak lists regarding the generates 3D-NOESY assignment files from similar proteins if user submits unassigned peak lists in Sparky format. Also, PACSY-ALIGN generates distance constraint file based on the assignments (average centered at 4.5 A). They are all in the /user_peaklists directory inside aligned subdirectories (e.g. 1_2LN3_A/user_peaklists).
