2D Peak List in SPARKY Format
ADAPT-NMR provides 2D peak lists in SPARKY format for all the
tilted planes and orthogonal planes of the following experiments:
HNCO, HN(CO)CA, HNCA,
HNCB, CBCA(CO)NH, and HN(CA)CO
These
peak lists can be uploaded to SPARKY for any manual edition. The example shown
here represents a portion of the 22o plane peak list for CBCA(CO)NH experiment from the RI-Brazzein
protein.
w1 and w2 columns represent the position of the
peaks in the 2D plane for 1H, and the mixture of 13C/ 15N
respectively. Notice that because the second dimension is a linear mixture of
15N and 13C, presentation of these values in ppm is meaningless and therefor
raw data point values from the spectra are reported.
The
Height column represents the
intensity of the peak in 2D spectra.
The Priority is an ADAPT-NMR scale for 2D
peaks based on the intensity. Priority 1 is most probably a real peak, priority
2 is less probable, and priority 3 is the least probable to be a real peak vs.
noise or artifact.
Notice
that 90 degree tilted planes are basically 15N-HSQC
experiment.
